Instantaneous power consumption monitoring
The system analyses consumption measurements from multiple sources (electricity, gas, other utilities) with a high time resolution (configurable as needed). The data is aggregated and analyzed close to real-time, which allows to identify the risk of exceeding the contractual power before it occurs.
Trend analysis
With trend analysis, the system predicts potential installation overloads and can predictively signal the need for intervention. This allows the optimal adaption of the consumption profile to the tariff conditions and reduction of penalty fees.
Automatic control
MCA5tech allows automatic control of receivers based on defined scenarios, such as predicted power overruns, sudden power spikes, detected failures or anomalies. Two independent, programmable relay outputs allow the control of the actuators.
Integration with master systems (BMS/SCADA)
MCA5tech can operate on its own or be part of a wider building management system (BMS) or production management (SCADA), providing access to recorded data and the possibility of multi-level energy management.
Operational independence
Working without an internet connection increases the operational security of the automation system. The data is recorded on the device with the possibility of exporting to external databases.
Communication compatibility
The system supports a number of standard protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, M-Bus, GazModem, EN 62056-21), allowing easy integration with energy monitoring devices from various manufacturers.
Historical Reporting and Analysis
