Eco5tech will be supervising the remodelling works of the Krotoszyn Palace

As a result of winning the tender, on 23 February 2022, Eco5tech has entered into an agreement with the State Music School in Krotoszyn, which comprises project supervision by investor of the remodelling and expansion of the Rozdrażewski & Galecki Palace, as well as the change of use for the purposes of the Ordering Party. The value of this agreement is 293 970 PLN.

According to the agreement, we are to provide nearly complex supervision of the whole investment. Our responsibilities will include supervising the civil engineering works, as well as supervising the network and installations, together with many devices, inter alia electricity-, heat-, and water supply systems. It is only a fraction of the whole spectrum of our duties. During the completion time, we also provide industrial inspectors who have appropriate authorisations.

Due to the spectrum of the works and financing procedure, the works which are to be under supervision will be carried out within the current year and the next one. The period of providing these supervision services is 450 days after the agreement has been signed.

The beginnings of the Rozdrażewski & Galecki Palace which the State Music School will be based in, can be dated back to the 15th century. Currently, the baroque palace is characterised by a late-classical facade. The structure was built in a location which used to be a fort raised by Wierzbipieta Krotowski. The Palace was handed by the Treasury to the Państwowa Szkola Muzyczna I stopnia in Krotoszyn in 2011.
