We use the possibilities of acquiring funds for development of our company, which helps us to carry out our innovative ideas and constantly expand our offer.
In order to pursue the planned strategy, we try to obtain funds for financing of new projects developed independently by our company. During performance of our projects, we implement new, innovative products to our offer. These days, in the scope of the PropTech market, we develop solutions for the construction industry in such areas as energy efficiency and optimization of production costs.
Preparation of documents necessary to issue shares of ECO-INVESTMENT POLAND Sp. z o.o. and to list them for trading on the NewConnect stock exchange
Eco5tech (formerly: Eco-Investment Poland Sp. z o.o.) has been involved in a period between July 1, 2018 and September 30, 2021 in the following project:
“Preparation of documents necessary to issue shares of ECO-INVESTMENT POLAND Sp. z o.o. and to list them for trading on the NewConnect stock exchange”.

The main target of the project is preparation of documents necessary for stock issuance and entering the NewConnect stock exchange by the company.
The effect of performance of the project in question will be acquiring capital needed for development and implementation of an innovative product.
The project is co-financed from the funds of the European Regional Development Fund, within the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020, priority axis 3 “Support for innovations in enterprises,” measure 3.1 “Increased funding of SME innovative activity using venture capital,” submeasure 3.1.5 “Support for SME in access to the capital market – 4 Stock”.
