Project Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- project management in accordance with the provisions set in the contract, based on the planned budget and schedule,
- coordination of project-related activities of the entire team and supervision
- participation in the process of development of project documentation,
- supervision over the process of obtaining administrative decisions, arrangements and permits
- ongoing reporting on performed projects, in particular in terms of schedules and deadlines
- ensuring proper information flow
- control over the quality of documentation prepared
- representation of the company before investors and persons appointed by them,
- making arrangements with investors, supervision over the work of outside designers, verification of project documentation, coordination of multibranch activities participating in the project
Requirements:
- higher education degree
- knowledge of MS Office and AutoCad/ZwCAD,
- knowledge of the principles of project management
- experience in the construction industry at a similar position is welcome
