Eco5tech will design a warehouse in Wrocław

Eco5tech has signed a contract with the Road and City Maintenance Authority in Wrocław for the development of design documentation for the construction of a warehouse in Wrocław. The contract value is approx. 700 thousand. PLN gross.

This is the first contract implemented by Eco5tech in the capital of Lower Silesia. The cooperation will relate to the development by the Company of design documentation for the construction of the warehouse at Piołunowa Street in Wrocław along with the accompanying infrastructure. As part of the task, the necessary decisions and opinions should be obtained, including the decision on environmental conditions, the decision to collect other than hazardous waste. The project concerns a facility with a warehouse and office function, with an area of approximately 700 m2 including internal roads and a car scales. Technological solutions by Proptech will be applied in the building, which will affect  energy efficiency as well as enable modern management of the facility. The Company has 12 months to implement the project from the date of signing the contract.

While working on this task, we will be trying to introduce innovative solutions that influence the ecology and the building management. We count on satisfactory cooperation for both parties, which will create prospects for joint realisation of future projects
