Alicja Gackowska
General Manager
Chairman of the board of Eco5tech S.A. Since 2019, connected with the company since November 2017. Graduated from Civil Engineering, passionate of innovative solutions and technologies.
Gained her professional experience in numerous engineering offices around the country and international ones, where successfully realized infrastructural and constructional projects.
Her professional background and fresh look allowed her to introduce unconventional solutions into the area of technologies in construction for real estate market. In the area of Proptech she focuses on solutions ensuring optimalization of energy use, building safety against epidemic and accoring to balanced development. With great passion she dedicates her energy to technology development supporting climate issues.
Dariusz Całus
Deputy General Manager
Vice chairman of the board of Eco5tech, connected to the company since 2019. Phd at technical sciences and electrotechnics. An author and co-author of over 100 domestic and internatioanl publications, co-auhtor of 19 monographs and co-editor of 7 monographs on renewal energy sources, energy storage, supercondensators and environment protection.
His main area of activity is implementation of eco-innovative solutions. Has experience with domestic and international projects, which he realized as a contractor and supervisor. In his projects and research and development works he focuses on environmental protection and energy self-sufficiency.
Beside the academic work he is also engaged in business sector. He’s one of the initiators and key organizers of Scientific Conference “ProEnergo”. This annual event is a networking platform for representatives of financial sector, scientists, industry, environmental protection and local governments. Result of the meetings are many valuable projects and innovative initiatives, beneficial for our environment and energy security.
Mateusz Chmielewski
Board Advisor
He is a legal counsel and partner in a prestigious law firm, responsible for development of international business. He completed his apprenticeship for legal advisor at the Faculty of Law, the University of Cambridge – St Edmund’s College. His main specializations included legal aspects of capital markets, banking, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has considerable experience in advising managers and issuers in the scope of liabilities and equity in transactions on capital markets. In the field of M&A, he specializes in both public and private sectors. He gained his experience in Bank of America and Ashurst LLP in London and Singapore. He worked in law firms in Poland and the United Kingdom as well as companies where he worked as in-house lawyer. He was a partner, leader of a group of capital markets, a member of the M&A team in Gide Loyrette Nouel, and a member of the corporate & securities group in Greenberg.

Mirosław Dąbrowski
Member of the Supervisory Board
He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Eco5tech S.A. since July 27, 2020. He founded and is an owner of software house, having 15 years of experience in the IT sector. Presently, he is a CEO with longtime experience working as COO and CIO. He works as IT Director and Member of the Board of the PMI Poland Chapter. He is Poland’s only coach certified as DSDM Agile Trainer-Coach and Certified Disciplined Agile Coach. He is one of only several accredited change managers as PROSCI ADKAR Change Manager. An IT enthusiast. Promotor of agile and lean coaching, soft skills and process-oriented approach.
Maciej Karolkiewicz
Member of the Supervisory Board
He has been working in the company since 2015. He has been the co-owner of the company and Member of the Supervisory Board of Eco5tech S.A. Doctor of Medical Science, specializing in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging.
He has extensive knowledge in the field of medical technologies allowing for ongoing consultations on project solutions regarding projects that are currently underway in the area of epidemiological safety.

Jakub Gackowski
Member of the Supervisory Board
He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Eco5tech S.A. since July 27, 2020. He graduated with a major in real estate administration and transaction management. He has been working on the real estate market since 2000. He participated in many training courses. Knowledge and experience acquired on the real estate market allow to explore it along with all expectations related to the real estate sector.
Tomasz Szczypiński

He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Eco5tech S.A. since July 27, 2020. He graduated from the SGGW Warsaw University of Life Sciences, the Faculty of Forestry. Since 2007, he has been an owner of the ABAKO Company. He is involved in ecology and environmental protection.
