On January 14 Eco5tech will debut on NewConnect market

The Warsaw Stock Exchange has set the day of the debut of Eco5tech JSC on the NewConnect market. The first day of listing of the Company’s shares has been scheduled for Friday, January 14, 2022. In total, 4,400,000 series B and C shares will be introduced to trading in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market.

The reference price for the first quotation of the Company was set at PLN 0.43 per share. Having considered the total number of series B and C shares (4,400,000 shares), the value of introduced instruments amounts to PLN 1,892,000.

The debut ceremony will begin on Friday, January 14 at 11:00 a.m. The online broadcast of the debut ceremony will be transmitted on the WSE’s YouTube channel at ECO5TECH S.A. Debut on NewConnect – January 14, 2022. – YouTube

Owing to our strenuous work, we are on the home straight till the day of Eco5tech debut on NewConnect.

Currently, the Company is finalizing work on a device intended for local collection, registration and analysis of data coming from devices belonging to one building, installation or switch room. Jst is an autonomous device, which enables both data acquisition, archiving, processing and presentation of the analysis results. The product will provide an energy efficiency analysis of the building, allowing for the effective management of energy consumption and cost reduction.
