The project concerned preparation of design documentation for construction of a long-term care facility, which consisted of 3 nursing care sections. The task involved designing of the Rehabilitation Department as well as administration, social and utility rooms for the needs of the facility. The designed facility has been adjusted to the needs of people staying in the facility on a temporary or permanent basis, as well as people working in the building. The project also included interior design in the scope of determination of finish materials. lighting, colors, functional and aesthetic solutions in accordance with the highest standards. The facility is located within the Nature 2000 area, which required adjustment of the project to the specific conditions in this area. Considering the character of the facility, the project required selection of certified specialty equipment. The use of advanced solutions to manage the building by a group of systems. The specificity of the building required the use of specialized technology.
