Details
The project is strategic in character due to defense and safety of our state. Performance of the project was related to the necessity of applying many complicated military procedures. The material scope of the planned investment project included construction and reconstruction of electrical facilities powering the complex with electric energy and construction of guaranteed power supply system, construction of heat transmission network and installation of heat centers in existing buildings, not scheduled for modernization, and making of water supply and sewage installations in the complex. The design process involved obtaining of many decisions on utility arrangements.
