The investment project in question involves comprehensive performance of a new transportation system that will make possible a full access controlled and safe passage through the railroad line no. 18 Kutno-Piła for vehicles and a safe passage for passengers moving within the stretch of Wieniecka Street under the mentioned line. This task includes assurance of access to public roads for the adjacent real estates, adjustment of neighboring streets to the changed traffic organization and intensity, and increased traffic load of the roadway.
