Eco5tech sighed a contract for 4,6 mln zl.

Eco5tech sighed a contract with National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in Cracow for preparing project documentation for general renovation of The Training Complex of  National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in Dębe and alteration of one of the buildings for educational purposes. Value of the contract is 4,6 mln zl. Regarding the fact that it is a an eight phase process, it is estimated that the works on the investment will take 72 moths since the day of sighing the contract, whreas prepering documantation will take 12 months.

Eco5tech will be responsible for 11 task altogether within the contract, among others for architectural-constructional project, land development project and technical project.

A significant element will be also preparing executive project, interior design project, where Eco5tech is going to apply solutions from Property Technology area.

The project is very interesting regarding the opportinity of using technological solutions having impact on comfort of the building users and their safety and also for those responsible for optimalisation of the building maintenance and media usage – said Alicja Gackowska.
