“Reconstruction and modernization of the external sanitary installation (water supply, fire protection, sanitary sewage, stormwater drainage), including the design of a new water connection at USK – 1 PUM in Police, 2 Siedlecka Street.”
At the request of the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 of the Pomeranian Medical University in Police, located at 2 Siedlecka Street, Eco5tech is carrying out the development of design and cost documentation covering the reconstruction and modernization of external and internal sanitary installations (cold water, fire protection, stormwater and sanitary sewage systems), the construction of a new water connection from Siedlecka Street, and the modernization of the water intake together with the water treatment station (WTS). The project includes, among other things, the implementation of a backup water supply source, the creation of a looped water installation, the adaptation of the WTS to modern technological requirements, and the application of a temporary pilot water treatment installation for technical and design evaluation purposes.
Elimination of landslides along with the expansion of voivodeship roads No. 266, 269, 538, and 543” – development of design documentation.
The investment project concerns the development of design documentation for the task involving the elimination of landslides along with the expansion of voivodeship roads No. 266, 269, 538, and 543 in the towns of Wójcin, Chotel, Plesewo, and Rozental, including the provision of investor supervision. The scope of the work includes, among other things: identifying the causes of landslide formation; developing concepts and construction designs for landslide stabilization; modernizing drainage systems; adapting the technical parameters of the roads to applicable regulations; and implementing road safety measures (signage, lighting, reconstruction of junctions). The project also covers tree inventory and removal, replacement planting, and obtaining the required administrative decisions. The implementation of the investment will ensure the permanent stabilization of areas at risk of landslides and improve the safety and comfort of users of the voivodeship roads, which constitute important communication links in the region.
Preparation of design and cost documentation for the reconstruction of the entrance from Kaliski Street and the construction of a new entrance from Radiowa Street.
At the request of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, Eco5tech is carrying out the comprehensive preparation of a construction project for the reconstruction of the intersection, including a site development plan, architectural and construction design, and technical design, as well as providing author supervision throughout the duration of the contract. The main objective of the investment is to improve traffic flow and capacity, thereby increasing the safety of users entering and exiting the WAT campus, through measures such as the reconstruction of the intersection, the redevelopment of the entrance zones from Kaliski Street and Radiowa Street, and the construction of a road section connecting the entrance zones to the internal road network within the WAT campus.
Development of project documentation for the construction of bicycle infrastructure in Bydgoszcz: Part 2 – Wyzwolenia Street on the section from Sudecka Street to the border of the city of Bydgoszcz and part 3 – Kolbego Street on the section from Waleniowa Street to the border of the city of Bydgoszcz
Eco5tech S.A. has concluded 2 agreements with the City of Bydgoszcz represented by the Municipal Roads and Public Transport Authority in Bydgoszcz for the implementation of public tasks concerning the development of project documentation for the construction of bicycle infrastructure in Bydgoszcz in the scope of two sections: Part 2 – Wyzwolenia Street on the section from Sudecka Street to the border of the city of Bydgoszcz and Part 3 – Kolbego Street on the section from Waleniowa Street to the border of the city of Bydgoszcz, along with the author’s supervision. The scope of work includes, among others, the preparation of a project for lighting the pedestrian and bicycle route and the existing roadway, a project for street drainage and an inventory of equipment and networks located in the designed road lane. The implementation of the investment also provides for the preparation of conceptual drawings, taking into account the possibility of the final construction of a bus lane for public transport buses. The total length of both designed sections is over 2 km.
Development of design documentation for the construction of the voivodeship road No. 635 on the section from the city of Czarna n the area of the Wołomin commune to the intersection with the national road No. 2 in the area of the town of Nowy Konik, Halinów commune
The subject of the contract includes the development of design documentation, at the stage of the program concept, as well as obtaining a decision on environmental conditions for the construction of the voivodeship road No. 635 on the section from m. Czarna in the area of the Wołomin commune to the intersection with the national road No. 2 in the town of Nowy Konik, Halinów commune. The estimated length of the newly designed section will be about 21 km running through the Wołomin commune, the Poświętne commune, the Zielonka commune in the Wołomin district, and the Halinów commune in the Minsk district. The project assumes, including the construction of the main roadway with the accompanying infrastructure, the execution of road drainage, and the development of the necessary elements of traffic organization and safety. The designed route will be of key importance for improving the quality of life of residents by creating new economic opportunities and increasing transport accessibility.
Construction of photovoltaic cells with energy storage and change of heating in public buildings.
The investment project concerns the implementation of a “design and build” task consisting in the construction of photovoltaic cells with energy storage and a change in the method of heating in public buildings in the Papowo Biskupie Commune. The investment includes the performance of comprehensive energy modernization of existing public utility buildings, including thermal modernization of buildings, modernization of the interior lighting system based on LED sources and replacement of window joinery. As part of the investment, it is planned to build 7 hybrid photovoltaic installations with capacities ranging from 1.0 kWp to 40.0 kWp. The planned construction of photovoltaic installations is aimed at increasing energy independence and improving air quality by reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.
“Development of design and cost estimate documentation for the investment entitled Construction of the “Leśnik” RECREATION AND TRAINING CENTER in Zakopane-Jaszczurówka”.
The investment is being carried out as part of a consortium of Eco5tech S.A. and a company from the design and construction industry. The subject of the contract is the development of multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation for the investment entitled Construction of the “Leśnik” Recreation and Training Center in Zakopane-Jaszczurówka with technical infrastructure along with obtaining a building permit and the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the demolition of the building of the existing “Leśnik” Forest Education Center in Zakopane-Jaszczurówka along with obtaining a demolition permit. The scope of the contract also includes the performance of author’s multi-discipline supervision over the implementation of construction works, based on the prepared design and cost estimate documentation. The designed building will be a service, recreational and educational facility. The design documentation of the facility includes, m.in, such rooms as: reception hall, lobby with bar, restaurant, fireplace room, ski room, bowling alley, as well as apartments and hotel rooms with baths. The investment area is located within the boundaries of the Tatra National Park and the NATURA 2000 PLCI 20001 TATRY area, as well as within the boundaries of the mining area and the mining area of thermal waters “Zakopane” and GZWP No. 441.
Task 1: “General renovation of the Training Center Complex of the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in Dębe, Serock municipality, on plots no. 313/8 and 313/17, precinct 004 Dębe.”
Task 2:”Construction, reconstruction, and renovation of the Didactic Building ‘D’ at the Training Center of the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution in Dębe, Serock municipality, on plot no. 313/17, precinct 004 Dębe.”
The order includes updating the technical documentation for the task entitled “Extension of the voivodeship road No. 255 Pakość – Strzelno from km 2+220 to km 21+910” in the scope of selected sections: section c) Broniewice roundabout, section d) Trągel bypass, section g) Rzadkwin roundabout and section h) Rzadkwin – Bławaty. The investment is located in the southern part of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, in the Inowrocław and Mogilno districts. The task provides for updating the technical documentation in the field of, m.in., the geometric layout of the road and the construction of the surface, solutions for road drainage and water and sewage management, designs of intersections, roundabouts, pedestrian and bicycle routes, and bus bays. The key objectives of the investment are to increase road safety through the reconstruction of collision intersections, improve the flow of road traffic, and develop the transport accessibility of the region.
Preparation of project documentation for the extension of the voivodeship road No. 733 on the section from km 42+100 to km 44+656 in the area of Odechów, Skaryszew Commune, Radom District – Procedure No. 060/22
The investment in question includes the development of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, as well as obtaining a decision on environmental conditions, a water law permit and a decision on a permit for the implementation of a road investment for the extension of the voivodeship road No. 733 in the area of the city. Odechów, Skaryszew Commune, Radom County. The design solutions provide for the extension of the provincial road No. 733 to class G in the existing single-carriageway cross-section. As part of the investment, it is planned, m.in, to improve road drainage, rebuild and build intersections, bus bays and exits, pavements, pedestrian crossings, and the construction of shoulders, individual and public exits. The aim of the project is to improve the technical parameters of the road, increase road safety, as well as adapt the route to current and forecasted traffic conditions and the needs of the local community.
Development of project documentation for the task entitled “Construction of a warehouse at Piołunowa Street in Wrocław with accompanying infrastructure – ZDiUM warehouse”.
The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation covering the construction of a warehouse and office facility, along with the accompanying infrastructure, including in particular a fenced shelter, a gatehouse, paved internal roads, a truck scale, and a monitoring and lighting system. The designed facility will be designed to store stone materials from the demolition of Wrocław city. The investment is aimed at reducing the traffic load in the city and improving road logistics and material management.
Preparation of design documentation, as well as obtaining a decision on environmental conditions for the construction of the eastern bypass of Gąbin on behalf of the Contracting Authority.
The project concerns the development of project documentation and obtaining a decision on environmental conditions for the construction of the eastern bypass of Gąbin. The design documentation takes into account the construction of a new section of the provincial road No. 577 with Warszawska Street in Gąbin. The project will include, m.in, the construction of roadways, roadsides, intersections, engineering structures, additional roadways, pedestrian and bicycle paths, bus bays, a drainage system, the construction of other necessary road elements, as well as the collection and construction of the existing technical infrastructure colliding with the newly built road. The eastern bypass of Gąbin is the second stage of the construction of a road ring around the city. The route will bypass the city from the east and connect DW No. 577 from Sochaczew and DW No. 574 leading to Płock. The bypass is designed to divert transit traffic from the east of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship towards Płock. The new route will be about 3.5 kilometers long.

Preparation of project documentation, as well as obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority: water law consent (within the meaning of the Water Law Act), decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment, for the expansion and construction of the voivodeship road 579 on the section from the city of Błonie (Żukówka Street) km 29+284 to the junction on the A2 motorway in the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune
The investment task assumes the development of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, and obtaining a decision on environmental conditions, a water law permit, and a decision on a permit for the implementation of a road investment for the expansion and construction of the voivodeship road No. 579 on the section from the city of A. Błonie to the junction on the A2 motorway in the Grodzisk Mazowiecki commune. The modernization of the road provides for the adaptation of its parameters to current technical standards, including widening the roadway, building drainage, rebuilding intersections, and taking into account infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists. The planned expansion of DW 579 is aimed at improving the capacity of the road, increasing the safety of road users, and improving the local connection with the A2 motorway, which is important for transit traffic and economic development of the region.
Continuation of the design and construction of the S-5 expressway on the section Nowe Marzy – Bydgoszcz – border of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Wielkopolskie voivodeships on the section from the “Białe Błota” junction (without the junction) to the “Szubin” junction (without the junction) with a length of approx. 9.7 km.
The subject of the contract is the continuation of the design and construction of the S-5 expressway on the section constituting the border of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Wielkopolskie Voivodeships on the section from the “Białe Błota” junction to the “Szubin” junction. The S5 expressway is one of the largest investments carried out in the country. The route runs from the south to the north, connecting four large agglomerations: Wrocław, Poznań, Bydgoszcz and Gdańsk, thus becoming one of the main roads of a fundamental nature for the country’s economy. The S5 road will run from the A1 motorway in Nowe Marzy near Grudziądz to Mielno on the border with Wielkopolska Street. The construction of the S-5 expressway will improve safety and reduce the number of accidents. It will also relieve the burden on towns to a large extent by taking over transit traffic. It is worth noting that the Bydgoszcz bypass together with the S5 route not only facilitates communication, but also strengthens the economic potential of the entire Bydgoszcz Metropolis. Within the junctions on the bypass, investors have purchased land for new logistics centers.
Development of project documentation for bicycle paths in selected locations in the city of Krakow as part of the task “Bicycle Path Construction Program”.
Eco5tech has signed a total of 5 contracts for the construction of bicycle paths in the city of Krakow as part of the “Bicycle Paths Construction Program” task. As part of the project, we have developed documentation for the construction of a bicycle road along Nowojki Street, a section of Walerego Sławka Street from the intersection with Kamieńskiego Street to the intersection with Puszkarska Street, in the XV Mistrzejowice District, i.e. along Jancarza Street in Krakow, the southern side of Pokoju Avenue, and the development of a multi-variant concept for the construction of a bicycle path connecting the existing bicycle routes along Powstańców Śląskich Avenue, Powstańców Wielkopolskich, Wielicka Street – SKA Podgórze junction.
Preparation of design documentation, as well as obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority a decision on environmental conditions, water law approval, a decision on a permit for the implementation of a road investment for the extension of the voivodeship road No. 632 from m. Józefów to the intersection with the provincial road No. 633 in the town of Józefów. Rembelszczyzna in the commune of Nieporęt, Legionowo district
The subject of the investment includes the development of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and obtaining a decision on environmental conditions, a water law permit and a decision on a permit for the implementation of a road investment for the extension of the voivodeship road No. 632 from m. Józefów to the intersection with the provincial road No. 633 in the town of Józefów. Rembelszczyzna in the Nieporęt commune, Legionowo district. The scope of works provides for the expansion of the existing section of the provincial road No. 632 in order to improve its technical and functional parameters, increase road safety and improve capacity on an important communication route in the region. The section covered by the study connects the village of Józefów with the intersection with the provincial road No. 633 in the Rembel region, being an important element of the road system in the Legionowo district. The investment envisages, m.in, the construction of new sidewalks and a bicycle path, the reconstruction of existing intersections, the reconstruction of interconnecting networks and technical infrastructure, and the change in the geometry of the road. The investment is an important step towards improving the safety and comfort of everyday life of the inhabitants of the Nieporęt commune and improving local communication.
Preparation of project documentation, as well as obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority: a decision on environmental conditions, a water law consent (within the meaning of the Water Law Act), a decision on a permit for the implementation of a road investment for the construction of the voivodeship road 637 in the Stanisławów commune.
The investment task assumes the development of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and obtaining a decision on environmental conditions, a water law consent and a decision on a permit for the implementation of a road investment for the construction of road No. 637 in the Stanisławów commune. The designed route will be a new route of the provincial road No. 637, the aim of which is to improve the capacity and traffic safety in the region. The documentation will include, m.in: the construction of the main roadway, shoulders, intersections, engineering structures, additional roadways, pedestrian and bicycle paths, bus bays and a drainage system. The task is of strategic importance for the communication system of the eastern part of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, and its implementation will contribute to improving transport accessibility and diverting transit traffic from the city center, which will relieve the local streets. The investment is part of a broader plan to modernise the provincial road No. 637, connecting Warsaw with Węgrów, and is of key importance for improving the transport system in the region.

The scope of the investment includes the development of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, as well as obtaining a decision on environmental conditions, a water law permit and a decision on a permit for the implementation of a road investment for the extension of the provincial road No. 801 on the section from the intersection with the national road No. 50 in the city of Piotrowice, Karczew commune, to the intersection with the provincial road No. 805 and the provincial road No. 799 in the city of Dziecinów, Sobienie Jeziory commune, Otwock district. The planned extension assumes raising the technical standard of the road and adapting it to current and forecasted traffic needs. The investment envisages, among other things, the modernization of intersections with local roads, the widening of the roadway, and the construction and reconstruction of pavements, bicycle paths, and pedestrian and bicycle routes. The designed section is an important part of the route leading along the eastern bank of the Vistula River, which is an alternative connection with the southern part of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Its modernization will improve the communication of the Otwock district area with the network of national and provincial roads.
Preparation of design documentation for the passage over the railway tracks along Widzewska Street on the section from Józefa Street to Nowogrodzka Street and the reconstruction of the 110 kV high-voltage line.
The investment includes the construction of a passage over the tracks, as well as the reconstruction of teletechnical infrastructure, drainage of the facility, the construction of pavements providing access, as well as the reconstruction and construction of lighting with power supply and monitoring. The pedestrian and bicycle bridge is to enable collision-free movement of users over the railway track. Due to the need to cut down the conflicting trees and shrubs, replacement plantings are planned. It was also necessary to obtain consent for a derogation from the technical and construction regulations due to the approach of the facility to the border of the railway area and the axis of the extreme track.
Adaptation and development of design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of two staff and barracks buildings with accompanying infrastructure in the military complex at Herberta Street in Lublin along with the author’s supervision during the implementation of construction works
The preparation of the documentation involved access to classified information with the CONFIDENTIAL clause. The investment plan envisages the construction of two headquarters and barracks buildings and external infrastructure, which includes, m.in example, external sanitary networks and connections (water supply, heating, sanitary and rainwater sewage systems), medium and low voltage networks, power connections, a transformer station, a power generator, a teletechnical sewerage system and small architecture facilities in the Military Complex. The designed buildings, together with built-in installations and technical devices, will be used to secure the needs for accommodation of the soldiers of the complex in question, resulting from the implementation of tasks related to the functioning of the unit.
Development of project documentation – “Construction of a tunnel along Wieniecka Street”.
The investment in question includes the comprehensive construction of a new communication system enabling collision-free and safe passage through the railway line No. 18. Kutno-Piła, vehicles, and pedestrian crossings moving along Wieniecka Street under the above-mentioned line. This task also includes ensuring the accessibility of adjacent properties to public roads, adapting neighboring streets to the changed organization and traffic intensity, as well as increased road load.
Preparation of design documentation for the construction of roads connecting the Michelin estate with Wiejska Street as part of the task entitled “Construction of a road constituting an alternative connection between the Michelin estate and the Południe housing estate”
The task concerns the development of design documentation along with technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works for the construction of roads connecting the Michelin estate with Wiejska Street. The investment in question includes the comprehensive construction of new communication routes constituting part of a larger project related to the construction of a road planned by the City of Włocławek as an alternative connection between the Michelin estate and the Południe housing estate. The implementation of the investment is aimed at increasing road safety and improving transport accessibility and traffic flow in the southern part of the city.
Investment program and construction and executive documentation with the cost estimate part and conducting author’s supervision during the implementation of construction and assembly works for: task 35236 – construction of a multi-branch warehouse with accompanying infrastructure in Łomża.
The preparation of the documentation involved access to classified information with the CONFIDENTIAL clause. The investment plan envisages the construction of two headquarters and barracks buildings and external infrastructure, which includes, m.in example, external sanitary networks and connections (water supply, heating, sanitary and rainwater sewage systems), medium and low voltage networks, power connections, a transformer station, a power generator, a teletechnical sewerage system and small architecture facilities in the Military Complex. The designed buildings, together with built-in installations and technical devices, will be used to secure the needs in terms of accommodation for the soldiers of the complex in question, resulting from the implementation of tasks related to the functioning of the unit.
Development of design documentation for the implementation of works on the section Maksymilianowo – Kościerzyna of railway line No. 201 with author’s supervision” as part of the project entitled: “Works on the alternative transport route Bydgoszcz – Trójmiasto.
The aim of the project is, m.in, to adapt the railway infrastructure to the real needs of carriers and contractors and to the forecasted directions of development, to increase the speed of trade, to improve the punctuality of passenger transport connections or to increase the availability of rail transport. Railway line No. 131 on the designed section – Maksymilianowo station – from km 377.600 to km 382.404 is a line of national importance, in the AGTC agreement, double-track, electrified. The Maksymilianowo – Kościerzyna section of railway line No. 201 covered by the scope of the contract is located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the Kościerski, Chojnice and Starogard Districts and in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship in the following counties: Bydgoszcz, Świecki, Tuchola. The scope of the project implemented by the Company includes the sanitary and road industry, as well as the development of a water law report.
Execution of a construction design, detailed design, bill of quantities for some engineering structures for the task: “Design and construction of the S7 Warsaw-Kraków expressway, section of the border of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship – Kraków, implementation section Widoma (without the junction) – Kraków (excluding the Igołomska junction) with a length of approx. 18.3 km”
The project concerned the development of design documentation for the construction of a two-lane expressway together with engineering structures and accompanying infrastructure in the field of the bridge industry. As part of the investment, an expressway will be built with a length of approx. 18.3 km with four road junctions (Łuczyce, Raciborowice, Mistrzejowice, Grębałów). Engineering structures, access and technological roads, retaining walls, emergency crossings and emergency entrances to the expressway will be implemented. The existing engineering structures, the road network (exits, streets), tram and railway infrastructure, the drainage network and devices will be rebuilt. Pedestrian pavements, bicycle paths, street lighting and technical infrastructure will be built or rebuilt. The construction of environmental protection devices is also planned, including, among others, insulating green belts, acoustic and anti-glare screens, culverts and ecological passages along with a protection, guidance and rainwater drainage system.
Preparation of documentation entitled Extension of national road No. 12 on the section Lipinki Łużyckie – Żary
The investment is aimed at, m.in improving road safety by widening the roadway to a width of 8.0 m, eliminating dangerous places, building bus bays, pedestrian routes, traffic sewerage in towns and islands slowing down traffic. On the road section in question, the GP class road standard will be restored by bringing it to a load capacity of 11.5 t/axle. The road will meet the conditions regarding the needs of the defense of the Polish State. In addition, the extension of national road No. 12 will improve traffic for all traffic participants – drivers, pedestrians and cyclists, as well as improve the aesthetic values of the area. The project required the development of a complex document, which is an environmental impact assessment report. In the course of the design works, it was necessary to obtain consent for deviations from technical and construction regulations concerning the minimum distances between intersections in built-up areas and outside it, the width of the lane on curves, the location of the public exit in the intersection impact zone and the distance of the pedestrian crossing with traffic lights from the intersection.
Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the facility under the working name of Business Incubator in the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technology Park, along with obtaining all documents necessary for the implementation of the investment.
The subject of the project is the construction of a facility called Business Incubator located in the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technology Park. The facility will consist of a production, warehouse and office part, connected by communication. In the office part, offices for rent to startup companies are planned. The production and warehouse part consists of a hall and a social and sanitary part. The plot has been fully equipped with technical infrastructure connections: heating network, water supply, sanitary and rainwater sewage, electricity and telecommunications. Paved manoeuvring areas, parking lots and internal roads have been designed around the building. The design process was initiated during the change of land use, related to the permanent exclusion of forest land from production. The design solutions should take into account that the investment was located near the site of protected plants (knotweed), which had to be left. In addition, permits had to be obtained for a derogation from the ban on the destruction of a protected species – the sand moth.

The order includes updating the technical documentation for the task entitled “Extension of the voivodeship road No. 255 Pakość – Strzelno from km 2+220 to km 21+910” in the scope of selected sections: section c) Broniewice roundabout, section d) Trągel bypass, section g) Rzadkwin roundabout and section h) Rzadkwin – Bławaty. The investment is located in the southern part of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, in the Inowrocław and Mogilno districts. The task provides for updating the technical documentation in the field of, m.in., the geometric layout of the road and the construction of the surface, solutions for road drainage and water and sewage management, designs of intersections, roundabouts, pedestrian and bicycle routes, and bus bays. The key objectives of the investment are to increase road safety through the reconstruction of collision intersections, improve the flow of road traffic, and develop the transport accessibility of the region.

The project is aimed at adapting the facility to the functional, organizational and technical needs of the National Prosecutor’s Office.

The investment involves the construction of the main building of the Long-Term Care Facility, which will feature medical, social, and technical facilities. The building will serve as a modern stationary center intended for individuals with chronic illnesses who require constant nursing and medical care. The facility will be designed taking into account the highest functional and medical standards. The scope of the investment includes, m.in, the development of multi-discipline design documentation along with technical infrastructure, road system, parking lots and small architecture.
