Scope of Services

Investment Process Management

Managing projects on behalf of or in cooperation with the Investor – including planning, scheduling, tender organization, and supervision of project execution.

Coordination of Contractors and Documentation

Supervising the consistency of activities between contractors and design offices, verifying compliance of works with design documentation, and conducting coordination meetings.

Quality, Cost, and Schedule Control

Ongoing monitoring of construction quality, cost control (including verification of measurements and settlements), and supervision of schedule implementation.

Specialized Supervision

We provide supervision in the following areas: - Construction (structural) - Mechanical, sanitary, and HVAC installations - Electrical and telecommunication systems

Acting as investor supervision inspectors for the construction of educational, administrative, road, water and sewage, and recreational facilities. Cooperation with local government entities and subordinate institutions in accordance with the Public Procurement Law.

Defense and Security Sector

Managing investment processes and supervising construction and installation works in restricted-access facilities. Authorized to handle classified documentation (ABW accreditation) and experienced in projects for military units and security services.

Coordination of subcontractor works, specialized supervision, verification of compliance with execution documentation, measurement control, settlements, and preparation of as-built documentation.
