Mr. Nicolay Mayster has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, he is a stockbroker and investment advisor, holder of CFA title. He is a CEO of Investment Broker IP Intercapital Markets AD, which has been licensed to conduct brokerage activities in Bulgaria and abroad since 2003. Mr. Nicolay Mayster has analytical and leadership skills as well as qualities and knowledge necessary in the process of managing people. He also has in–depth knowledge and experience in trading with financial instruments – shares, derivatives, bonds, structured and corporate products. Mr. Nicolay Mayster has long experience in company management and business strategy development.

Mr. Jacek Artur Ładny has many years of experience in capital markets as a stockbroker. Mr. Jacek Ładny has extensive business experience, he held managerial positions in leading financial institutions in Poland, including PKO BP Brokerage House, as well as managed the investment portfolio of funds from the financial industry, held the position of financial director and also managerial positions in companies providing financial advisory services. Mr. Jacek Ładny holds an MBA degree from the Warsaw Executive MBA program organized by the University of Minnesota, USA and the Warsaw School of Economics. He has extensive knowledge of the financial sector and many years of experience in investing in financial markets.

Master of psychology with a specialization in entrepreneurship and management, graduate of the University of Economics and Humanities in Warsaw. Ms. Angelika Wycech has several years of experience in banking and finance. In recent years, she has been a Compliance Officer in the Warsaw branch of a foreign investment broker. She has knowledge and experience in monitoring and controlling capital market entities in terms of compliance with the law, regulations and identification of violations. Ms. Angelika Wycech also has experience in project management, holding a managerial position in a software company for financial and insurance industries.

Ms. Katerina Dimitrowa graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University, majoring in International Relations – Law, Economy and Culture of Europe. She also holds an MBA degree from the program of the Institute of Computer Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences in partnership with the Woodbury School of Business UVU in USA, where she graduated in Innovation and Data Analysis. She has many years of experience in the financial industry, including the position of financial analyst, front office, as well as a branch director in foreign investment broker. She is currently employed as a managing director.

Member of the Supervisory Board of Eco5tech S.A. since 28.06.2022. Attorney-at-law, a high-class specialist with extensive experience in providing legal services to Polish and foreign companies related to the construction industry. During her professional career so far, she has supported both private and public entities such as the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, the District Infrastructure Management in Bydgoszcz. He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Eco5tech S.A. since July 27, 2020. He graduated with a major in real estate administration and transaction management. He has been working on the real estate market since 2000. He participated in many training courses. Knowledge and experience acquired on the real estate market allow to explore it along with all expectations related to the real estate sector.
